Shipping
It takes up to 3 days to process your prescriptions and up to 14 days for shipping of prescription drugs from Canada provided that there are no problems with your order (i.e. missing prescription drug information, credit card processing difficulties). In addition, the postal system is periodically experience delays in certain areas due to mail volumes at customs facilities inspecting prescription drugs from Canada. Prescription drugs from the Jan Drugs international pharmacy arrive in approximately the same time by a separate package.Delivery times can be unpredictably delayed by customs or holidays. Please try to order three weeks in advance in case you suffer a customs delay.
Shipping is US $9.95 per shipment. There are no other charges to be paid besides the price of your prescription drugs and the cost of shipping. We offer only one way to ship prescription drugs, which is via Xpresspost priority mail from Canada, and International Expresspost for international prescription drugs.
We ship prescription drugs within North America, as well as 38 other first world countries. Orders from other countries can be prepared for you here and we can help you arrange your own courier for pickup.

In addition to Canada, Rx Global Direct also provides prescription drugs from it´s network of pharmacies located in the UK, New Zealand, Singapore, and the US. Your prescription is filled according to the laws of the jurisdiction in which the dispensing pharmacy is located and shipped to you directly from the pharmacy. All Canadian prescriptions are filled by Jan Pharmacy, located adjacent to Rx Global Direct.
Members of the same household can be shipped combined orders of prescription drugs and non prescription drug item in the same package box for one shipping charge. If ordering online please create a separate order for each person and then contact us so we can combine the orders for you.
Returns
Non-prescription items can be returned if unopened and undamaged. Unopened prescription drugs may be returned for exchange or a full account credit. Refunds are subject to a $12 dispensing plus 25% restocking fee. Any damaged or defective product is fully refundable.
NOTE: For safety reasons, no prescription products are resold after being returned.
