Our Guarantee

At Rx Global Direct we take your needs seriously and want you to feel 100 % confident in the services we provide. We guarantee that you will have your medication within 3 weeks of placing your order and submitting your prescription.

We will have completed your order in two to four business days of receiving all of the required information, assuming there are no difficulties.

Common difficulties include:

1. verifying your prescription
2. missing prescription drug information
3. processing your payment
4. having to adjust your order if you live outside of Canada and have placed an order for more than a three month (100 day) supply
5. or ordering something different than your prescription indicates

Once your prescription is filled, shipping normally takes ten to fourteen days, so you should expect your package in approximately two weeks. If you have not received your order within two weeks, please contact us and we will track your shipment. If you have provided us with an email address we will send you a tracking number allowing you to track your order yourself, online.

Additionally, the postal system periodically experiences delays in certain areas due to mail volumes at customs facilities inspecting prescription drugs from Canada. Prescription drugs from the Rx Global Direct international pharmacy arrive in approximately the same time by a separate package.

Delivery times can be unpredictably delayed by customs or holidays. Please try to order three weeks in advance in case you suffer a customs delay.

If for any reason you have not received your order within 21 days of shipment, you have the option of either getting your medications reshipped to you or getting your money back.

If for any reason you have not received your medication before your supply runs out call us and we will make arrangements where you can have a portion of your prescription filled locally. Your regular local pharmacy price will apply, but if it has been three weeks since your order we will reimburse you for the difference between your local pharmacy cost and Rx Global Direct pricing for the period required to ensure your Rx Global Direct order or reshipment arrives.

Shipping is US 9.95 per shipment. There are no other charges to be paid besides the price of your prescription drugs and the cost of shipping. We offer only one way to ship prescription drugs, which is via Xpresspost priority mail from Canada, and International Expresspost for international prescription drugs.

Rx Global Direct will ship prescription drugs within North America, as well as 38 other first world countries. Orders from other countries can be prepared for you here and we can help you arrange your own courier for pickup.

Rx Global Direct´s policy is international customers may purchase a maximum of a 3-month supply (100 days) of each of your prescription drugs provided that you have a valid prescription for that supply of prescription drug. If your physician writes a prescription for more than a 3-month supply of prescription drugs, then we can fill those as refills when you wish. It is not necessary to wait three months between ordering your three month supply.

There is no 100 day supply restriction for non prescription drug items.

Quantities and Refills

International customs permits a maximum 3 month (100 day) supply of your medication to be mailed to you from Canada. You may have Rx Global Direct refill your medication if your prescription allows these refills, and you have sent us your original prescription. Once you have used up your refills you must submit a new prescription. To ensure that your medications are still needed and appropriate we will only honor refills for one year.

International orders for greater than a 3 month (100 day) supply will be automatically adjusted to 3 months (100 days).

Please mail us your prescription after you have faxed or emailed it to us. We will process your first order immediately with the faxed prescription but require the original prescription to send you refills. A fax from your doctor is considered an original prescription. Please ensure you have correct postage to Canada; express mail is not necessary.
