All our prices are in USD (United States Dollar), and you can pay securely using Visa, Master Card, certified check, money order or direct debit (EFT - electronic fund transfer) (we do not except Discover Card, American Express, etc..). We even offer a 3% discount for payment methods other than a credit card (to cut down on fees, etc.).
Please also be advised that your credit card company/bank may charge you additional fees (2-3%), for ordering internationally. Please verify with your bank before purchasing.
2. What are your hours of operation?
A representative is available to serve you Monday through Friday, 8 am - 6 pm (CST). If after hours please feel free to leave us a voice mail, or send us an email. Or place your order online, for next business day verification.
3. When is a prescription required?
Not all of our products require a prescription and most are considered OTC (over the counter). But if your country requires one (a prescription), we will require it to fill your order.
4. Who can order?
All products must be administered by a fully qualified healthcare professional.
5. How long does it take to receive my order?
It can take 5 - 15 business days. Most packages will come with a tracking number for your convenience.
6. Why do prices fluctuate?
Over time currencies fluctuate (you can track via: www.xe.com), and product costs increase/decrease, resulting in a higher or lower listed price.

Shipping will vary depending on the order size. Free shipping is available on large orders.
